Streamer

In 1999 i released My first project under the alter-ego Streamer (20 years before “Streaming” became a thing!) The plan was to have a FUN sounding project that fused Happy Funk, Trip Hop & a healthy amount of Humour for the dance floor. Inspired by Mavericks of HipHop such as Mr.Scruff and DJ Shadow i set out to define My own sound world where sampling anything goes & everybody on the dance floor is smiling. Streamer released music on Kidnap records (Amsterdam) for 10 years with 4x 12′ vinyl releases & 2x full length CD releases……to much critical acclaim 🙂

Streamer- The BLISSED CD (Kidnap records)

The Blissed CD is quite frankly a real classic album, with many of the featured tracks appearing on a wide rage of compilation CDs such as Hotel Costes, Sony and 2ManyDjs. The tunes Start Button, Vague ass & Blown up have appeared in commercials, performances and as international radio jingle for NPS radio. Originally released in 2001 on Kidnap Records it remains a treasure trove of funky feel goodies tried and tested in My dj sets forever 🙂

My 2nd full length CD release Under a spell included a wide array of sounds and spells, Featuring more collaborations with ft Private Thoughts in public places and vocalist Jim Barnard and weighing in at 70 minutes/17 tracks could best be filed under concept album.

Under a spell was released in 2006 on Kidnap Records and the tracks Head over heels and Under a spell have featured in multiple advertisements and performances.

StreamerPilot remixes

Both renowned DJs & producers on the global bass scene, Streamer & Mps Pilot teamed up to create a whole crate of 12′ remixes focusing on Global Artists and fresh sounds fused with dance floor riddims. With official remixes for Julian Jacob, Hakim, Burhan Öçal & The Trakya All Stars, Nidi D’arac, Zuco 103, Ot Azoy and many many more international stars We released our first album entitled WE GET AROUND with 14 remixes of artists from around the globe.
